Q: How long is the test?

A: The swab should only take a few minutes.
A: The antibody test is done through a blood draw and would take longer. However, it should not take more than 5 minutes. 

Q: What should I expect?

A: The swab is a nasopharyngeal swab in which a thin plastic rod with a cotton tip is inserted into the nostril to collect specimens on the back of the throat. The process should not be painful, though it can be uncomfortable. 

Q: What should I bring?

A: Paperwork, if you did not fill it out online.
A: Valid insurance if you have.

Q: How much is the service?

Q: Do you offer group discounts?

A: Depending on the type of service (on-site, home visit) and the number of people, we may offer custom discounts. Please contact us for a pricing quote. 

Q: When would I receive the results?

A: The results should be sent out within 72 hours. Please contact us if you do not receive the results within the timeframe.
