RAM DANDILLAYA, MD, FACC
Clinical Chief, Department of Cardiology

Dr. Dandillaya graduated with honors from the University of California, Irvine. He earned his medical degree with Distinction from The George Washington University in Washington, DC. Dr. Dandillaya completed his residency in internal medicine at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, followed by a fellowship in cardiology at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center. Dr. Dandillaya is Board-Certified in cardiovascular diseases and internal medicine. He holds subspecialty certifications in echocardiography, nuclear cardiology, and cardiac computed tomography.
Dr. Dandillaya was named Cardiologist of the Year by the Las Vegas chapter of the American Heart Association in 2017. He has also been the recipient of the Circle of Friends and Standing Ovation Awards from the Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. Dr. Dandillaya is a thought leader within Cedars-Sinai and was selected as part of the medical center’s Trendsetters group. He has provided consultation for leading clinical research organizations, including USC and LA BioMed. Dr. Dandillaya’s clinical research has included large clinical trials, such as his investigator role with the PARTNER study, involving percutaneous aortic valve technology. He has also served as a senior medical consultant to executives in virtually every major Las Vegas gaming corporation. In 2014, Dr. Dandillaya was elected to the prestigious Pacific Council on International Policy.
DAVID NG, MD
Clinical Chief, Division of Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine
Cedars-Sinai Medical Center
Dr. Ng received his undergraduate degree from the University of California, Berkeley and his medical degree from Saint Louis University. He completed his residency in internal medicine and a fellowship in pulmonary and critical care medicine at the Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. Dr. Ng is Board-Certified in internal medicine, pulmonary diseases, and critical care medicine.
The Cedars-Sinai Medical Center has awarded him both the Circle of Friends and Standing Ovation Awards in recognizing his dedication and compassionate care. He has been honored with the Golden Apple Award from the Internal Medicine Training Program at Cedars-Sinai for his contributions to medical education. Dr. Ng has worked very closely with the heart and lung transplant programs at Cedars-Sinai with vast experience in caring to the hospital’s most critically ill patients. Within the hospital, he also serves as a member of the Women’s Guild Lung Institute Center of Excellence. Also, he is a Clinical Instructor of Medicine at the UCLA School of Medicine. Dr. Ng has extensive experience in coordinating international healthcare services throughout Asia, Europe, and the United States.
VINKY CHADHA, MD
Attending Physician, Cedars Sinai Medical Center
Dr. Chadha has more than 23 years of experience as an attending physician at Northwestern Memorial Hospital. He was a graduate of the Honors Program in Medical Education (HPME) at Northwestern University Medical School. He medically managed inpatient hospital teams and outpatient practices at Northwestern Memorial Hospital for over 23 years. He was the site director for junior and senior medicine at Northwestern Memorial Hospital for 20 years. Dr. Chadha has earned numerous awards and accolades throughout his career, including the George Joost award for excellence in teaching, the Top Cat Award for excellence in teaching and education, and he holds the mark as the youngest attending physician to be inducted into the Doctors Hall of Fame in Internal Medicine at Northwestern Memorial Hospital.
AMY WAGNER, FNP
Amy Wagner, FNP grew up in Florida and attended Florida state university, where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She started her career in the cardiac unit for five years, then graduated with honors from The University of California, Irvine’s Family Nurse Practitioner program.
Amy is board certified through the American Nurses Credentialing Center and is a member of the California Association of Nurse Practitioners (CANP).
Amy advocates for patients to participate and be informed of their health and decision making. She loves to educate patients throughout their healthcare journey. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, and exercise.
EMILY CHEN
Emily is a recent honor graduate from the University of California, Berkeley, where she worked on mouse models for Autism Spectrum Disorder at Bateup Lab. She is currently working for Dr. Dandillaya as a scribe/assistant, and she aspires to attend medical school in the future.
